• Business Consulting.

Whether its the value proposition at the organization or product level or the alignment of the processes evidencing the culture within an organization — these all require the ability to invite in diverse perspectives, sit in curiosity, and navigate complex frameworks to refine the path to the answer — AND bring the organization along on the way to that answer.

I’ve successfully led this work in non-profits, start-ups, and large global organizations. It’s fun. Let’s do it together.

  • Coaching.

Coaching is about you architecting your own life — personal, professional, and fully integrated life. It requires the willingness to see oneself clearly and the vulnerability to step closer and closer to one’s own edge at a pace that’s sustainable. It’s the plan forward and a path to get there, one that allows you to remove the boulders — some of which you’ve put in your own way — that may be keeping you from your own state of flow.

I’ve done it. I’ve helped others do it. If it resonates with you, I’d love to have a conversation.

  • practice.

The practice of yoga is more than what one does on the mat or cushion, as the intention is to allow us to respond instead of react to a broken toe or meltdown moment — ours and others. Yoga is ultimately about our own self rulership and ability to harness our vital energy and place it in the areas of our life we’d like to cultivate and grow.

I teach Tantric yoga-inspired Vinyasa on Sundays at 3S Yoga in Church Hill from 9:00-10:30 AM.

I also offer ceremony officiant services, which blend coaching and yogic philosophy.
